An investigation by Hearst Connecticut Media has uncovered at least 250 people who claim they were sexually abused as children at Boys & Girls Clubs of America affiliates.

Under a bill recently signed into law, New Jersey employers cannot force workers to obey nondisclosure agreements when they settle a sexual assault, sexual harassment or discrimination claim.
