What types of law do you practice?

I focus on three primary areas:

  1. Personal Injury Law (including sexual assault)
  2. Family Law
  3. Employment Law

That said, I bring a wealth of additional experience to the table. Between my corporate experience at a large firm, Weiner Lesniak, and running my own law firm for almost a decade, there isn’t much legally that I haven’t experienced or at least been exposed to. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me for a free consult on any legal matter.

How much does the initial consultation cost?

It’s free. Many of my clients are experiencing pain when they initially reach out to me, and I’m more than willing to travel to your residence if it makes your life easier.

I’ve heard that Personal Injury Law cases take a long time to settle. I don’t have the luxury of time. How do you handle this?

Personal Injury Law carries with it a false stigma; that cases take years to settle or reach a courtroom. I have serious disdain for attorneys that have created this illusion. Plain and simple: your case will be dictated by the aggression and pace we set.

Here’s an example: I recently promised a client that I would settle her case for over $1,000,000 within 6 months. I settled that case almost 6 months to the day for over $1,000,000 without ever stepping foot in a courtroom. I work these cases hard and fast. I do not subscribe to the notion that you must be “patient” to let defense attorneys do their job.

I am a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum because I don’t wait for defense lawyers to mull over settlement offers and use the liberties afforded by the judicial system to prolong your matter.

What is your approach to divorce law, family law in general?

Family Law matters require that your attorney have the ability to negotiate on your behalf while vigorously protecting your children, money, and assets. I’m here to protect these interests as if they were my own.

Plain and simple, my clients do not get taken advantage of by their spouses or significant others. Moreover, I don’t embrace the notion that there is “no winning” in family law cases and neither do my clients. Don’t let anyone tell you what you will or will not get out of a divorce or any action in a family court setting. We’ll decide together what your goals are, and devise the most affordable and timely way to get there.

How do you handle Employment Law cases?

Employment Law requires an aggressive, results driven attorney that is willing to take on any employer to make sure they pay for their misconduct. Nobody deserves to be a victim of workplace discrimination of any kind. If you’re suffering from any objectionable conduct by your employer it can end right now by simply coming in for a free consultation at my office.

I will explain your immediate next steps relative to your employer and also review any documents that you may believe are relevant to your case. We’ll also discuss my contingent fee schedule, meaning that I cannot make money unless you do. You’ll find that I work very quickly and do not allow defense attorneys or their clients to create delays in your case.
