MY BACKGROUND

I have significant experience representing victims of sexual assault in New Jersey. As with other areas of my practice, I pride myself on handling these cases aggressively to ensure that the perpetrator is fired, and ideally placed behind bars. As my clients will attest to, I don’t shy away from a fight or a tough case. And as you will see from my client testimonials, I stop at nothing short of a win.

Many of these cases involve young students. As a father of two young daughters, I empathize completely with the parents of the victim, and extend nothing but the utmost of compassion to the entire family throughout the process. This comes straight from the heart.

My experience also extends to cases where toddlers, and children of special needs are the victims. In short, I will stop at nothing short of justice in the criminal prosecution. My motivation is your child, and I want to be the lawyer that resolves the situation, settling for nothing short of the right outcome.

I also handle sexual assaults cases that occur at a victim’s place of employment, residences and/or places in the general public. I have been successful in sexual assault lawsuits against public entities and other state operated programs and public housing.

Sexually Abused in School: Sexual abuse may occur virtually anywhere, and school is just one of those places. Whether it is committed by another student or by a member of the faculty, the results may be catastrophic. Sexual abuse in schools is especially horrid as parents are placing their trust in these institutions to choose the right individuals to monitor their children and act in a quasi-parental role. If sexual abuse occurs on school premises it is imperative the entity is held liable not only for the instant offense but to protect others from future harms.
